Job description

Function: Creative Production

The role in one line: You own every video that LumaLabs/Glowvé puts out — from the script to the final cut — using AI generation tools, traditional editing, and a deep understanding of what makes skincare content stop the scroll.

Context: This is a dedicated, focused role. One person. One job. Video. We are not looking for someone who does video on the side alongside other responsibilities. We need someone whose entire working day is producing high-quality video content for organic social and paid ads — and who has gone deep enough on AI video tools to use them at a professional level.

What you'll own:

AI Video Production

  • Use Higgsfield AI, Kling, Runway, or equivalent platforms to generate cinematic, UGC-style, and product-first video content
  • Produce ad creatives in multiple formats — UGC style, talking head, before/after, product showcase, unboxing, routine videos
  • Generate multiple hook variations for every concept so the marketing team always has options to test
  • Stay current on which AI video platforms and models are producing the best output — the tools are evolving weekly

Scripting & Hooks

  • Write scripts and hooks for every video before production begins
  • Understand that the first 3 seconds determine everything — the hook is not an afterthought
  • Adapt scripts for different formats — a 15-second ad hook is different from a 60-second educational Reel
  • Brief on-camera talent or voiceover when needed

Video Editing

  • Edit AI-generated and filmed footage into polished final cuts using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
  • Add captions, transitions, sound design, trending audio, and text overlays
  • Deliver platform-optimised cuts — 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, 1:1 for feed, 16:9 where needed
  • Maintain LumaLabs/Glowvé's visual consistency across every piece of content

Volume & Speed

  • Minimum 4 organic video pieces per week for Instagram and TikTok
  • Minimum 3 ad creative variations per campaign brief, delivered within 48 hours
  • React to trends — when something is peaking, produce a reactive piece within 24 hours using AI generation speed

Requirements

Must have:

  • Actively uses AI video generation tools daily — Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, or equivalent. Not just aware of them, fluent in them
  • Strong video editing skills — CapCut at minimum, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve preferred
  • Can write a hook and script from scratch — understands pacing, tension, and what makes someone keep watching
  • Has produced video content specifically for paid ads — knows the difference between a video that gets views and one that drives sales
  • Portfolio must include AI-generated video content — not stock footage, not traditional filming only
  • Understands platform differences — what works on TikTok vs Instagram Reels vs Facebook feed

Strong plus:

  • Has produced video content for a skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brand
  • Familiar with Higgsfield specifically — can demo a workflow in the interview
  • Has produced UGC-style video that has run as a paid ad
  • Understands Meta ad creative best practices — aspect ratios, caption placement, CTA timing
  • Has experience directing or briefing on-camera talent

What this role is not: This is not a photographer. This is not someone who makes static graphics in Canva. This is not a traditional videographer who relies on a camera and a studio. If your portfolio does not include AI-generated video — this is not the right role.
