Job description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our office; managing day-to-day administrative functions, supporting leadership, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Responsibilities


·Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.


·Handle facility management, maintenance requests, and office repairs.


·Manage company assets and maintain inventory records.


·Handle vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.


·Process and track invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.


·Assist HR with onboarding logistics, attendance tracking, and employee record maintenance.


·Serve as the first point of contact for administrative and network queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.


·Support the planning and execution of internal events, team activities, and company meetings.


·Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


·Supervise and manage responsibilities of the office support staff.


·Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.


·Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for advanced technical support.


·Assist in troubleshooting internet, network, and connectivity issues.



Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


·2–4 years of experience in administration, IT support, or a similar role.


·Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.


·Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and common business applications.


·Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
