Job description

  • Develop and maintain financial systems.
  • Plan, direct, and control accounting and financial operations.
  • Prepare reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained in line with standard practices.
  • Establish budgets, forecast future cash flows, and conduct periodic financial analysis.
  • Monitor budget performance and control expenditures.
  • Manage invoicing procedures and ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare monthly reports to analyze business financial health, including: Sales reports, Profit and loss statements, General ledger entries, Goods received and issued notes
