About the job Academic Coordinator

 Job Description


  • Ensure implementation of Telecom Foundations academic vision through authentic, activity-based, and hands-on learning practices.
  • Monitor students academic progress and provide guidance and support to teachers to maintain quality education standards.
  • Coordinate with the Campus Head/Principal for course planning, academic operations, and policy compliance.
  • Oversee examinations, academic records, attendance, and result analysis, ensuring transparency and discipline.
  • Conduct teacher training, open houses, and support enrollment targets as assigned by the Campus Head.
  • Manage day-to-day academic activities, communication with stakeholders, and reporting to Telecom Foundation Headquarters.

Qualifications & Requirements


Education


  • Minimum Bachelors Degree (mandatory).
  • Masters Degree will be considered an added advantage.
  • Relevant Diploma or certification in education or school administration is a plus.

Experience


  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Additional 2 years experience advantage for candidates holding a Masters degree.
  • School Administration experience is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies


  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound understanding of academic systems, curriculum planning, and assessment methods.
