Waiter/waitress

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take and accurately record customer orders, ensuring attention to detail.
3. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation standards.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or complaints.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all utensils and tableware are properly arranged.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
7. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events.
8. Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.
9. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
10. Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
