  • Modernization: Identify opportunities to transition legacy workloads into modern, containerized, or cloud-hybrid application environments.

2. Technical Leadership & Consultation

  • Discovery & Analysis: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to map customer workloads and business requirements against technical gaps in their current state.

  • HLD/LLD Excellence: Produce comprehensive High-Level and Low-Level Designs that serve as the blueprint for both sales approval and post-sales implementation.

  • Proof of Value (PoV): Orchestrate complex POCs and technical workshops that demonstrate the tangible value of the proposed multi-vendor solutions.

3. Cyber Security Integration

  • Resilience by Design: Ensure all infrastructure and application proposals align with industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

  • Data Protection: Design immutable backup architectures and ransomware recovery strategies using tools like Rubrik, Cohesity, and Zerto.
