The Senior Products Manager (Mobility & Connectivity) is responsible for driving the strategic development and commercial success of the organization’s Mobile and Fixed product portfolios within the Business Unit. This role plays a critical part in translating corporate strategy into impactful product roadmaps that deliver revenue growth, enhance customer value, and strengthen market leadership.


Key Accountabilities
  • Take full ownership of revenue and cost targets for Mobile (Mobility) and Fixed (Connectivity) product portfolios, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, pricing, launch, and performance optimization.
  • Design and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize product adoption and commercial performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify telecom and ICT market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, ICT, Security, and Business Excellence to deliver integrated product solutions.
  • Drive product innovation by identifying emerging technologies, digital solutions, and new market opportunities within Mobile and Fixed services.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish SMART KPIs, evaluate team performance, and provide coaching to develop a high-performing product management team.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers to enhance product offerings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong experience in product management within telecommunications, ICT, or technology-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization.
  • Solid understanding of Mobile (Mobility) and Fixed (Connectivity) telecom products and services.
  • Experience in market analysis, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
