job description: 

The role requires an individual with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:  • " Electrical engineering fundamentals and design principles • " Project scope development and execution strategies • " Identification and mitigation of engineering concerns • " Coordination of multidisciplinary project activities The engineer must be capable of independently handling technical responsibilities and contributing effectively from the outset, minimizing the learning curve.  • Manage all electrical engineering activities within OQEP. • " Review and approve all EPC Consultants or consultants’ electrical design. • " Prepare, check and approve all electrical engineering deliverables. • " Assuring that work and project promises are successfully delivered and appropriate reviews have been conducted.  • " Involvement in Feasibility Studies.• " Plan & Propose implementation of new technology. • " Attending equipment tests/design reviews with vendors inside/outside the country.  • " Manage staff and 3rd party activities • " Development of local young engineers and providing development programs. • " Participating in Developing Tender Specifications. • " Participating in Tender Clarification and Evaluation. • " Participating, closing action items and approving reports from Electrical reviews
