Senior Advisor – Asset Management (Mining & Industrial Portfolio) | Oman | Senior Strategic Role.
We are currently working with one of our major clients in Oman.This is a senior, portfolio-focused role supporting the development and implementation of a structured asset management and capital allocation framework across a diversified portfolio of mining, processing, and industrial assets.
The role will play a key part in strengthening how the organisation evaluates asset performance, investment decisions, and overall portfolio value creation.
Key focus areas include:
Portfolio performance management across subsidiaries and associates
Evaluation of asset performance and value creation opportunities
Assessment and execution support for divestments and restructuring initiatives
Review of dividend strategies and capital allocation decisions
Development of performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures
Support in strengthening governance and investment decision-making processes
Candidate profile:
15+ years’ experience in corporate finance, portfolio management, or asset performance roles
Strong exposure to mining, metals, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
Experience working at group level with multiple assets or business units
Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of investment metrics (ROCE, IRR, etc.)
Experience in capital allocation, investment evaluation, and performance reporting
Background from large mining groups, infrastructure investors, or diversified industrial organisations is highly desirable
This is a strategic advisory role with strong exposure to senior leadership and portfolio-level decision-making.
