Typical responsibilities


  • Ability to manage QA/QC activities during FEED and EPC phases.
  • Ensure QA/AC deliverables are in accordance with company specs and standards.
  • Produce QA/QC documents when required to ensure adherence company standards, procedure and guidelines are met.
  • Conduct and lead inspections and surveillance at project sites to verify conformance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Oversee material and equipment inspections ensuring alignment with ITPs.
  • Ensure QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test certificates, and quality dossiers, is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
  • Conduct quality audits of contractors and vendors to assess compliance with QA/QC procedures and project standards.
  • Strong leadership and technical expertise.
  • Flexibility to work in different locations. 
  • Direct reporting to the Head of Project Management.

Experience:


  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Petrochemical/similar projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Ability to manage QA/QC activities during FEED and EPC phases.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection processes, and regulatory compliance
  •  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
