To develop, coordinate, and deliver Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs for employees, workmen, subcontractors, and visitors, ensuring compliance with company HSE standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
  • Conduct HSE induction programs for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
  • Deliver safety training sessions on topics such as:
    • Work at Height
    • Confined Space Entry
    • Lifting & Rigging
    • Hot Work Safety
    • Electrical Safety
    • Permit to Work (PTW)
    • Fire Prevention & Emergency Response
    • Incident Reporting & Investigation
    • Defensive Driving
    • PPE Usage and Awareness
  • Identify training needs through site inspections, audits, and incident analysis.
  • Develop and update HSE training materials, presentations, handouts, videos, and assessment tools.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, examinations, and field observations.
