We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Therapist to lead our new hair wellness and treatment studio in Oman. This role requires a professional who is confident in delivering premium treatments, guiding junior therapists, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

As the Head Therapist, you will oversee daily treatment operations, maintain service quality, and support the development of our unique concept focused on natural, organic, and results-driven hair and scalp treatments.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform a range of specialized hair and scalp treatments, including masks, herbal blends, organic therapies, and relaxation rituals.
• Lead, train, and supervise a small team of therapists to ensure consistent service quality.
• Maintain treatment standards, hygiene protocols, and client safety procedures.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs.
• Support product management, treatment room readiness, and stock control.
• Ensure exceptional client service and contribute to building a welcoming, professional environment.
• Assist in developing treatment protocols and introducing new services when required.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a senior therapist in spa, wellness, or hair treatment facilities.
• Strong knowledge of natural, herbal, and/or organic hair care treatments.
• Experience with Balinese, Ayurvedic, Moroccan, or aromatherapy-based rituals is preferred.
• Excellent client communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
