Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Hair Stylist to join our team in Oman. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for delivering professional hair services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, precision, and customer care.
The Hair Stylist will conduct consultations, perform hair services tailored to each client, and ensure a polished, premium service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional hair services, including:
Hair cutting and styling
Blow-drying and finishing
Hair treatments and basic coloring (if applicable)
Conduct client consultations to assess hair type, condition, and preferences
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation
Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the service
Recommend appropriate hair care treatments and products
Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and products
Upsell hair treatments and salon services where appropriate
Comply with salon hygiene, safety, and service standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist
GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and finishing
Knowledge of hair treatments and basic coloring techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site salon environment
Relevant hair styling certifications are preferred
