Asst. Manager - Planning

Job Summary:
The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for modular fabrication projects. This role ensures that all activities are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently to meet project deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for all fabrication activities using project management software (e.g., Primavera).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project objectives and strategies.
• Track and analyze project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources, manpower, and materials required for each phase of the project.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support the project team with daily updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and resolve scheduling issues.
