About Company:

An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be having minimum 5+ years of gearbox service, rotary equipment, and shutdown management with Proven track record in major shutdowns with independent site leadership along with Domestic and international exposure.
Key Competencies:
1.Arrange daily work of F&M department, meeting, and exceeding assessment targets for maintenance tasks.
2.Develop plans for preventive maintenance and major repairs of equipment, prepare for and implement them to ensure equipment is in good condition.
3.Undertake equipment modifications to improve production efficiency, quality, safety, and reduce production costs, including providing support to other departments to achieve these goals.
4.Report equipment issues to management, propose solutions, and implement plans, execute decisions made in production meetings to ensure smooth operation.
5.Foster cost awareness, engage in technical innovation activities, and reduce maintenance costs.
6.Establish comprehensive records for maintenance of equipment, strictly adhere to inventory management systems for parts, ensuring accuracy between accounts and physical inventory.
7.Provide support and ensure proper maintenance of factory environmental equipment and fire facilities.
8.Approve management systems and SOPs related to F&M operations, ensuring all F&M technicians receive appropriate training.
9.Under the leadership of the Operation manager, establish the job responsibilities and objectives of the department and its employees, regularly review and improve them, motivate employees to efficiently and effectively complete their work, ensuring the smooth operation of factory facilities, maintenance, and other tasks.
