Environment Advisor
 
Contract period: ASAP - 31.12.2027
Location: Stavanger

Main tasks:
  • Responsible for follow-up of relevant government applications and permits related to drilling and development activities
  • Contribute to relevant risk- and chemical assessments
  • Support project activities within approved frameworks and concepts
  • Support in government correspondence
  • Provide consulting in energy management and emission reduction
  • Responsible for internal/external follow-up and reporting of relevant environmental parameters
  • Ensure the follow-up and exercise of duty of care in relation to suppliers and rig owners

Qualifications:
  • Requires relevant higher university degree
  • Requires typically 5-10 years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of NCS and European regulations and standards
  • Requires extensive experience related to development of environmental impact assessments
  • The job requires high level of expertise and a thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry practices, Company’ s needs and general business conditions
  • Is in full command of the English and Norwegian language
