Construction Finishing Manager
Work Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Estimated Pay: USD $50-60K per annum + Housing + Transport with driver + Food + Laundry + Medical Insurance + Flights home each quarter with 5 working days off.
About the Role:
We are on a look out for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Finishing Supervisor to join our clients team, for a high-end luxury residential development in Abuja, Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark luxury project, delivering impeccable finishes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on site (e.g., ceiling, screeding, painting, tiling, carpentry, joinery, MEP finishing, etc.)Ensure workmanship meets luxury standards and client expectationsMonitor schedules and manage subcontractors to meet project deadlinesConduct regular inspections and quality control checksCollaborate closely with project managers, architects, and consultantsMaintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
10+ years' hands on experience in finishing works and supervision for high-end mid to high rise residential building projects with recent work experience on the developer or contractor side.Proven ability to manage multiple finishing trades and snaggingPrevious work experience in West AfricaExcellent communication and leadership skills
