Responsibilities This position will report to the Service manager and will be responsible for organizing service activities (create In-house & Field service orders in CRM), managing spare parts, create quotations for service activities and contracts, arrange new deliveries as replacements for old systems. Significant part of the work will be training coordination, contact and communication with external customers (end-users, channel partners) and internal customers (technicians, sales resources, customer service, marketing). Creating In-house & Field service orders By collecting information/purchase orders from customers By managing the service email boxes By entering customer’s orders into CRM system By sending Service Reminders/Tasks to technicians for In-house service orders By scheduling the technicians work for Field service orders and sending them correspondingly information’s. Coordinating customer and service partner trainings By collecting information/purchase orders from customers By managing the training email boxes By entering customer’s orders into CRM system By proactively contacting customers and partners when certificates are expired. By scheduling the trainers and sending them corresponding information’s. Respond to Customer inquiries and resolve any issues By providing answers by email and on the phone By sending quotations for activities, spare parts (multi year maintenance plans), contracts and replacement of old systems quotations Workplace administration VCA on-site certification workplace checks for safety. LMRA Processing spare parts orders and quotations By monitoring the availability of spare parts on the technician storage locations and when necessary to create the material movements. By taking care of after replacement parts delivery. By following all procedures required by an organization regarding the service process. Handling storage locations of technicians / workshop P.O. processing for spares Projects parts handling. Collecting materials of project manager. Qualifications Experience (required): Logistic, accounting, customer service experience · Experience with MS Office · HSE/VCA experience Experience (preferred): · Working with an SAP ECC & CRM system · Technical/mechanical experience Education (required): · MBO, Dutch Education (preferred): · English - intermediate #LI-RD1 #LI-Onsite
