Video Surveillance Operators | Marrakech (Morocco)

Reporting to the Security Department and under the supervision of the Security Manager and their Deputy, your mission will be to ensure real-time and deferred surveillance of the Institution's sites through video protection systems, in order to guarantee the safety of people, property, and facilities, in strict compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the operation and monitoring of video protection systems and PCS equipment
• Observe and analyze images from cameras to detect any abnormal or suspicious situation
• Trigger alerts and apply appropriate procedures according to established instructions
• Search for and use recorded images in case of an incident or operational need
• Ensure traceability, archiving, and confidentiality of images in accordance with regulations
• Maintain permanent communication with the field security teams
• Participate in the coordination of surveillance measures during events and manifestations
• Monitor the proper functioning of video surveillance equipment and report any technical anomaly
• Write reports, logs, and alerts related to PCS activity
• Ensure strict adherence to security procedures and confidentiality rules.

Profile sought:

• High school diploma to a 2-year college degree (Bac to Bac+2) in IT, networks, security, or video surveillance
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Desirable experience in an establishment with a large volume of visitors requiring a high level of vigilance and responsiveness
• Good command of IT tools and video protection systems
• Fluent French, spoken and written
• High sense of discretion, ethics, and confidentiality
• Rigor, responsiveness, composure, and analytical skills
• High availability and flexible hours.
