Versatile Maintenance Technician (M/F) | Dakhla (Morocco)

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for all the equipment and infrastructure of the establishment.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Assure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and technical installations
• Diagnose breakdowns and intervene quickly to ensure continuity of operations
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment (air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, etc.)
• Participate in the general upkeep of buildings and facilities
• Follow up on interventions and report any detected issues
• Apply current safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure optimal service quality

Training and Experience:

With a technical background (electricity, industrial maintenance, or equivalent), you have significant experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel industry or in a demanding technical environment.

Required Skills:

• Good command of basic electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance skills
• Ability to quickly diagnose breakdowns
• Versatility and ability to work on different types of equipment
• Sense of priority and responsiveness
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance
