Context of the opportunity:

• As part of the management and evolution of 3D Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, we are looking for a Squad Leader to support a product team dedicated to on-premise infrastructures and user environments.
• The context is within a structured agile organization, with strong interaction between technical teams, business teams, and an international English-speaking provider.

Objective of the position:

• The Squad Leader is responsible for the operational management of the squad, ensuring the proper execution of activities, team coordination, and alignment with product goals.
• He/she ensures the effective delivery of 3D VDI solutions while respecting technical, quality, and schedule constraints.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary squad in an agile environment
• Manage the team's operational activity (planning, prioritization, deliverable tracking)
• Ensure the proper execution of product and technical initiatives
• Coordinate interactions between internal teams and external providers
• Monitor commitments in terms of deadlines, quality, and budget
• Prepare and lead agile rituals (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective)
• Track risks, dependencies, and blocking points
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure good communication among the different project stakeholders

Technical environment

The Squad Leader will work in a demanding technical environment including:

• VMware Horizon / Omnissa Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions
• Virtualization platforms with shared GPUs (NVIDIA)
• Linux environments, with a strong focus on RedHat (RHEL)
• 3D VDI / high-performance oriented virtual workstations

• Proven experience as a Squad Leader / Agile Project Manager / Delivery Lead
• Good understanding of VDI environments and complex IT infrastructures
• Experience in coordinating multi-skilled technical teams
• Ability to manage activities in agile mode (Scrum / SAFe or equivalent)
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and operational follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in international environments
