As part of strengthening our HR function, we are looking for a Training Manager to lead and structure skills development in line with the needs of our Business Units.
Responsibilities:
Design and deploy the training plan in line with BU strategies
Organize and oversee training activities (planning, coordination, follow-up)
Contribute to the creation and improvement of teaching materials
Manage the training budget and measure the effectiveness of the implemented systems
Develop and foster partnerships with schools and training organizations
Ensure regulatory and sector watch
Monitor activity KPIs and provide regular reports
Profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Good command of training engineering and training management tools
Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
