Join our dynamic company in its sector as a Trainer, based in the lively city of Tangier. Your role will be essential in developing our teams' skills, actively contributing to operational excellence and innovation within our company.



The main goal of this position is to design, deliver, and evaluate relevant, high-quality training programs, aligned with the company's strategic needs and the evolution of the oil and gas sector. This involves ensuring the acquisition and strengthening of employees' knowledge, know-how, and soft skills, thereby fostering their skill development and professional fulfillment.



Your main responsibilities will include the instructional design of training modules adapted to the specifics of the job, planning and organizing training sessions, and facilitating them for various audiences. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the training provided and producing innovative educational materials.
