Your role will be crucial in optimizing and precisely managing attendance times. You will directly contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring the accuracy of working hours data and participating in the continuous improvement of our HR processes.



  • Ensure the daily monitoring and management of timekeeping records.
  • Check the consistency of attendance data and identify anomalies.
  • Process requests related to absences and leaves.
  • Participate in preparing the necessary elements for payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure information reliability.
  • Contribute to the implementation or improvement of time management tools.

Required profile :

Your academic background is solid, with a degree of Bac +5 and higher. Higher education in the fields of Management, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources (HR / Personnel / Training) is preferred.



With an experience of 1 to 3 years, you have already put your skills into practice in similar roles. This experience has allowed you to develop a deep understanding of the challenges related to time and attendance management.



  • Excellent command of computer tools, especially Excel.
