Position:Techno Functional Analyst Mid/Senior

Job Description:

We are looking for Techno Functional Expert to support our AX ERP integration ​ solutions across multiple business processes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Business Central ERP systems is required.




The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure that integration requirements are well understood, documented, and implemented.



1. Partner Engagement & Requirement Gathering



  • Work directly with B2B partners and A2A business stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points
  • Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)

2. Solution Design & Configuration



  • Map Partners requirements for product capabilities
  • Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Configure/customize systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, etc.)
  • Recommend best integration process and solution

3. Technical Implementation Support



  • Coordinate with development teams for enhancements or customizations
  • Review APIs, system architecture, and integration workflows
  • Perform system testing (UAT support, SIT validation)
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues

4. Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting



  • Support sales teams with technical demos and product walkthroughs
  • Create solution proposals and RFP/RFI responses
  • Provide effort estimations and technical feasibility analysis
  • Present value propositions to enterprise stakeholders

5. Stakeholder Management



  • Act as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teams
  • Manage communication with IT heads, business managers, and executives
  • Provide regular updates on implementation progress

6. Data & Reporting



  • Analyze business data and generate insights
  • Create dashboards and custom reports
  • Ensure data migration accuracy and integrity

7. Post-Implementation Support



  • Provide go-live support
  • Conduct user training sessions
  • Optimize system performance based on feedback
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement

Key Skills Required



Technical Skills



  • API knowledge, integrations, databases (SQL)
  • Understanding of ERP/CRM/SaaS platforms
  • Basic scripting or configuration knowledge

  • Experience in process mapping and using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and understanding data flows (optional but preferred).
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
