Prepare the device
Fit and perform an immediate effectiveness check
Fit hearing aids
Provide prosthetic education to the patient
Follow up with the patient, advise them personally on technical aids and device maintenance
Perform adjustments
Prepare audioprosthetic reports
Follow up with the Patient base
Assist the patient in case of problems
Organize activities (customer file management...Promotion)
Manage equipment and maintain the center
Ensure professional watch in their field
Participate in the training and information of current and future professionals
Ensure collection of payments
Ensure regular follow-up with patients to guarantee their satisfaction and well-being
Provide backup support when needed
3. Authorities :
Choose hearing aid models based on the specific needs of each client
Interpret the results of hearing tests performed on clients
Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients based on their hearing diagnosis
Make decisions on necessary adjustments and educate clients on the use and maintenance of hearing aids
Initial Training : Master's degree in Sales/Marketing
Experience : Minimum of two years in a similar role
