The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling studies and work, ensuring deadlines are met, optimizing costs and resources used, and meeting quality requirements.
To this end, your main tasks will be:
• Participate in launching calls for tenders and coordinate the processing of offers until the award of contracts to companies; • Ensure the follow-up and control of studies and works in their different phases; • Ensure, during the works, the follow-up and control of adaptation studies; • Ensure coordination between the different stakeholders in studies and works (design offices, architects, surveyors, companies, etc.); • Control and validate tender documents (DCE); • Manage studies and works contracts in administrative, legal, and financial terms; • Control payments and ensure follow-up of payments to service providers; • Develop periodic reporting on projects under their portfolio.
