Centrale Danone is looking for its new Plant Technical Manager based at the Meknes Plant.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Defining the annual investment needs with the Plant management for the elaboration of the plant budget;
- Managing the annual maintenance budget;
- Actively participating in the plant's master plan;
- Developing and planning, in consultation with the different departments, the preventive maintenance of the plant's equipment and facilities, ensuring minimal machine downtime;
- Participating in the design of new facilities, monitoring, executing, and controlling contractual performance, and ensuring the integration of new equipment into the maintenance plan;
- Contributing to the successful completion of programmed projects through coordination with the relevant entities and by respecting deadlines and recommended performance levels;
- Contributing to the development and modernization of facilities by integrating quality and productivity objectives;
- Managing the interface with service providers by developing specifications for tenders, planning, and monitoring execution work for programmed projects;
- Monitoring, within the plant, projects for improving the process, broken down into collective actions;
- Training and leading your team towards predefined quality objectives;
- Listening to the customers of your process to increase satisfaction with their requirements and in line with predefined performance;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and their environment;
- Managing the spare parts warehouse section;
- Participating in internal audits with a constant focus on improving equipment safety;
- Formally reporting any deviations related to food safety;
- Ensuring the monitoring and control of food safety aspects (Monitoring CCP, PRPO, etc.);
- Planning and managing the implementation of the Plant Maintenance, PTN, and Metrology Process;
- Leading and participating in the updating of the HACCP System / PRP Plan;
- Participating in the analysis of verification activity results;
- Being responsible for the safety of your colleagues and people working in your area;
Required profile :
Experienced Engineer, Bachelor's degree +5 years of higher education, with a minimum of 10 years of experience --> (Strong expertise: Production/ Maintenance).
