Dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique de modernisation SI, GEC – Global Experts Consulting recherche un Consultant Technical Lead Senior pour accompagner la conception et l’industrialisation d’un socle digital mutualisé destiné à plusieurs filiales de son client bancaire.


Votre mission


Concevoir et faire évoluer une architecture digitale moderne, scalable et sécurisée

Participer activement au développement et aux choix techniques structurants

Piloter techniquement les squads et accompagner les développeurs

Assurer la qualité du code, les revues techniques et l’industrialisation des pratiques

Structurer les APIs et architectures microservices dans une logique API-first

Garantir performance, maintenabilité et extensibilité des solutions

Participer à la mise en place des pipelines CI/CD et des environnements cloud-native

Documenter les livrables, procédures et standards techniques

Ingénieur Bac+5 avec solide expertise technique

Expérience en environnements bancaires ou fortement critiques

Leadership technique, autonomie et capacité à challenger les choix d’architecture
