As part of its development, our company is looking for a versatile Assistant to support management and project teams.



Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for the following tasks:



Administrative & Management



  • Customer invoicing follow-up (issuance, submission, acknowledgment of receipt, update of tracking spreadsheets)
  • Supplier invoicing follow-up (validation, archiving, payment preparation)
  • Payment tracking and follow-up of overdue payments in coordination with project managers
  • Document management (contracts, insurance, legal documents)
  • Support for accounting follow-up

Commercial Support



  • Participation in the preparation and submission of calls for tenders
  • Monitoring and identification of commercial opportunities
  • Contribution to the creation of the company's website
  • Management of professional social networks (LinkedIn) and content suggestions

Technical Project Support



  • Organization and updating of project files (server / EDM)
  • Preparation of company accounts
  • Administrative follow-up of contracts and amendments
  • Follow-up of company insurance files


Required profile :

Training/Experience



  • Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, or construction
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the construction/engineering sector is a real plus
  • Good command of Excel and office tools
  • Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting
  • Comfortable with digital and collaborative tools

Language



  • French: fluent
  • Arabic: fluent
  • English: appreciated
