Dans le cadre de son développement, le groupe RMO recrute troisTéléconseillers, rattachés aux commerciaux et à la direction commerciale pour leur centre d’appels à Casablanca :


Missions :

-Contacter prospects/clients avec une présentation globale des offres du groupe,
-Créer et détecter les besoins prospects/clients,
-Prendre des rendez-vous pour les commerciaux terrains,
-Participer aux opérations de commercialisation :
+ Gestion de la relation client : Relance /suivi
+ Qualification des cibles
-Assurer la prospection téléphonique active et mailing
-Construire un argumentaire de vente
-Définir des objectifs commerciaux

Profil-Issu d’une formation bac +2, en commerce, gestion avec une expérience d'au moins 2ans dans une fonction similaire.
-Maîtrise des techniques de communication par téléphone
-Maîtrise du français à l’écrit et à l’oral et de l’outil informatique
-Excellent relationnel
