SITE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING MANAGER | Casablanca (Morocco)

As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our Works department by recruiting a Site Construction Scheduling Manager in Casablanca.

Your role is to ensure the planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction sites to guarantee the smooth progress of work in compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

• Missions & Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise construction site technician teams;
• Ensure monitoring and control of work progress;
• Prepare acceptance reports and progress reports;
• Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and technical requirements;
• Ensure regular reporting;
• Monitor and manage external service providers;
• Oversee orders, deliveries, and supplies necessary for construction sites;
• Ensure the overall smooth progress of work until final delivery.

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, you have a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction or retail sector.
• Good command of site management and scheduling;
• Knowledge of construction techniques and current standards;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Organizational skills, rigor, and responsiveness;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams;
• Proficiency in reporting and project tracking tools.
