This is a senior technical, customer-facing role requiring deep expertise in Microsoft SharePoint (both on-premises and Online) along with strong communication and relationship management skills. The role involves delivering enterprise-grade solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and driving customer transformation through innovative technology.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise SharePoint solutions (on-premises and cloud)
- Lead technical assessments and workshops
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop workarounds
- Build strategic customer relationships and gain trust
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels (from CIO to technical staff)
- Handle critical customer issues and manage difficult situations
