As a Supervisor Animator, you are responsible for the smooth commercial, operational, and administrative running of your service station. You will supervise the pump attendants and car washers/oil changers, ensure the quality of customer service, and handle daily reporting.
Your main responsibilities:



  • Manage the station commercially and achieve sales targets for fuel, lubricants, and services
  • Manage and supervise the field team (pump attendants, car washers/oil changers): attendance, uniforms, customer welcome, service quality
  • Handle daily administrative tasks: record sales in COSMOS, manage WINXO/SNTL vouchers, deposit cash with the security transport
  • Monitor lubricant stock levels and conduct bi-monthly inventory checks
  • Ensure the overall condition of the station: cleanliness, lighting, equipment, safety
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Conduct competitor analysis and commercial prospecting


Required profile :
  • Proficiency in service station operations (fuels, lubricants, services)
  • Experience in administrative sales management and cash register systems (COSMOS or equivalent)
  • Strong skills in proximity management and team motivation
  • Developed sales techniques and customer relations skills
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in the field


Education & Experience:



  • Associate's degree (Bac+2) or higher in commercial management, management, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (service station, large retail, retail trade)
  • Experience in the petroleum sector is a significant asset
