Responsibilities



  • Identifying customer needs and meeting them through products and/or service offers;
  • Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with customers and prospects by anticipating and meeting their needs for services and products;
  • Providing consistent, high-quality after-sales service that customers will remember with satisfaction;
  • Achieving individual targets for turnover, sales volume, and customer satisfaction;
  • Handling customer feedback and complaints in accordance with established standards;
  • Using available tools such as After-Sales IT systems (EBP, Elsa Pro, DISS, ETKA, Plan Numérique, Lecteur de clés, PPSO, Service CAM, Service Online, etc.);
  • Submitting defined activity reports to the After-Sales Manager;
  • Monitoring open repair files and invoicing after work completion.

Daily Operations



  • Preparing the customer's service appointment (spare parts availability, workshop resources, technical information, service history, etc.);
  • Welcoming the customer according to current standards;
  • Confirming the work to be done with the customer and preparing the repair order;
  • Updating the customer database (Address, email, phone number, etc.);
  • Following up on ongoing repairs with workshop colleagues;
  • Coordinating with the customer on the progress of maintenance and/or repair work;
  • Preparing the vehicle for handover to the customer;
  • Explaining the work performed to the customer (labor and spare parts);
  • Invoicing the repair file;
  • Handing over the vehicle to the customer.

Required profile :
  • Diploma as a Specialized Technician in Automobile (BAC+2). 
  • Knowledge of mechanics, automotive diagnostics
  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector.
