The main goal of this role is to lead the development and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions, while ensuring seamless integration with other company systems.

Your main tasks will include:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Adapt and customize ServiceNow to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing applications.
• Participate in defining development best practices and their application.
• Act as a technical reference for the ServiceNow platform within the team.
• Implement automation workflows and efficient processes.

A Master's degree or higher is required, ideally in a field related to IT or Electronics.

We are looking for someone with significant experience, ranging from 5 to 20 years, in the development and administration of the ServiceNow platform. Experience in complex and large-scale environments would be a major asset.

To excel in this role, you will need in-depth expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including:

• Solid development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
• Expertise in configuring and customizing key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• The ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.
• An understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
