As a Senior Road Studies Engineer, reporting to the Roads Division, you will be responsible for:
-Leading and carrying out road studies in rural and urban areas (VRD), from preliminary studies to pre-project and execution project phases.
-Supervising study teams and ensuring the coordination of different technical aspects (geometry, geotechnical, hydrology, hydraulics, sanitation, pavement design, civil engineering structures, traffic, etc.).
-Participating in meetings with Clients, authorities (regions, provinces, etc.), and network concessionaires.
-Writing study reports and establishing calculation notes (slope stability, pavement design, hydrological and hydraulic calculations, etc.), preparing preliminary quantity surveys, and preparing tender documents (DCE).
-Ensuring the technical follow-up of studies, validation of produced documents, and adherence to project deadlines and requirements.
-Preparing technical and financial proposals and managing their preparation until submission.
-Ensuring the administrative and financial follow-up of projects, particularly the establishment of FAE and invoicing orders related to services rendered.
-Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and filling out quality forms related to projects and deliverables.
-Preparing presentation materials for studies and projects (technical meetings, steering committees, presentations to clients and partners).
-Providing technical expertise in the design and optimization of road development solutions.
Graduated from an engineering school in Civil Engineering.
Significant experience of at least 10 years in a similar position.
Solid knowledge in geotechnical, hydrology, hydraulics, and pavement design.
Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Covadis, Autopiste, ALIZE, TALREN.
Good command of office tools (Word, Excel,).
Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
