Reporting to the head of the payroll department, you will participate in payroll management for the different Concentrix subsidiaries in Morocco.
Your main tasks are:
• Collection of payroll elements in compliance with established schedules (working time, overtime, absences, contract type, variable bonuses, status, bank details…)
• Control of payroll data and entry into the Sage tool
• Contribution to the payment of salary advances
• Declaration of social charges to social and tax organizations
• Preparation of payslips
• Calculation of final settlements
• Response to requests on remuneration-related questions
• Ensure the application of payroll legislation and regulatory changes
• Interactions with the departments of the different Concentrix subsidiaries (HR, Work Force Management, Production departments…)
• Holder of a Bac+2 diploma in management, HR, or accounting
• You have 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in large organizations with 800 to 1000 employees or in a fiduciary company)
• You have mastery of French, both written and spoken
• You have good knowledge of payroll regulations
• You know how to be discreet and respect confidentiality
• You have a good level of Excel
• You are rigorous, methodical, and organized
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the software is desirable
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is desirable
• Flexible working hours are required, especially during monthly closings
