An international industrial player in the fast-growing textile sector is hiring high-impact Senior Pattern Makers.
We are looking for demanding technical profiles, capable of structuring, optimizing, and industrializing products in a modern, performance-oriented environment.
Your responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize patterns using Lectra V8 Expert
• Analyze fittings and make precise adjustments
• Lead and develop the pattern making team's skills
• Ensure the reliability from prototype to production
• Optimize material consumption and industrial feasibility
• Collaborate closely with the cutting, sewing, and quality teams
• Participate in the quality control of critical products
• Manage technical files until industrialization
Profile sought:
• Minimum 5 years in industrial pattern making
• Confirmed proficiency in Lectra V8 Expert
• Excellent knowledge of grading
• Good understanding of cutting and sewing processes
• Mastery of product construction constraints
• Strong sense of detail and quality
• 3D experience (CLO / Lectra 3D) highly appreciated
• Good level of English
