Reporting to our Finance Service Unit, your role will be to evaluate the Bank & subsidiaries' performance monthly based on results and KPIs.
Your main responsibilities:
• Actively contribute to the Bank & subsidiaries' forward-looking management by participating in the Budget and the review of estimates.
• Perform ongoing monitoring of achievements against budgets/re-estimates, and alert in case of discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly analysis of the Bank's performance, monitor Group business lines, and challenge their performance.
• Participate in cross-functional management control projects and tasks, and coordinate the Group Budgetary procedure.
• Monitor the results of the Bank & Subsidiaries, analyze KPIs, and report on Market Shares.
• Propose necessary evolutions to the steering tools.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize budgetary data from business lines and define budgetary construction procedures.
Produce synthesis documents for the budgetary procedure.
What if it was you?
• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, majoring in finance/management control.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in management control.
Required skills:
• Knowledge of banking finance and management control.
• Proficiency in IT tools.
• Knowledge of Datawarehouse environments.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent ability to write reports and summary notes.
• Initiative and autonomy in carrying out tasks.
• Adaptability and learning ability.
