Job :
- Track and implement requirements:
- Identify and implement internal and external requirements.
- Review Lessons Learned from previous Model Year or equivalent models with similar components and technology
- Deliver a High-Quality Design on Time
- Coordinate and execute development verification activities
- Execute prototype testing and rework using laboratory equipment such as Programmable electronic load, oscilloscopes, logical analyzer, climatic chambers…
- Identify risks on tests performed, impact and mitigation plan in coordination with project leader.
- Release documentation, During Development phase, to engineering teams (SW, Mechanical): i.e. HITS (Hardware Internal Technical Specification) PCB design guidelines
- Release documentation to manufacturing: End of Line specification with respect to project planning and ensure permanent updates.
- Release validation documentation: EMC test plan, DV/PV test plan
- Implement GHAT (Generic Hardware Automatic Tester) testing for new programs in development. Creating test environment with CAPL/Python language
- Deliver an Accurate and Robust Design on Time
- Ensure schematic is ready according to project planning/milestones and following guidelines with checklist and DRC (Design Rule Check)

- Analyze critical circuits with simulation tools (OrCAD PSPICE, PSIM, sensitivity analysis, Montecarlo analysis)
- Execute, review and approve WCCA (Worst Case Circuit Analysis) with MathCAD tool.
- Execute, review and approve DFMEA (Design failure mode and effect analysis) embracing efficient external tools (IQ-FMEA).
- Execute Variant Consistency Analysis according customer specification.

Required profile :
- Engineering degree (Master’s level / Bac+5) in Embedded Systems, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Strong skills in technical coordination, planning, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Professional level of English required.
- Knowledge of the development processes established in the organization & projects
- Knowledge of industry applicable standards (i.e. Automotive SPICE, AECQ JEDEC, SAE, MILx, ISO 26262)
- Knowledge of the Requirements management tools used in the organization (i.e. DOORS)
- Knowledge of the change management tools used in the organization (i.e. JIRA)
- Knowledge of the configuration management tools used in the organization (i.e. SVN)
- Knowledge of the Hardware Development activities (WCCA with excel or Mathcad tool or similar, DFMEA, Schematic design with DxDesigner, main component selection)
- Knowledge electronic board testing and usage of electronic laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of the Functional Safety procedures & techniques established in the organization
