As part of the Group's development, we are recruiting self-service managers.



Reporting to the department manager, your role is to manage your section in Market by ensuring that your turnover and profitability reach the established objectives.



To do this, your areas of responsibility are:



  • Ensure the 4 Ps at the Section level (Place. Price. Full. Clean).
  • Lead and develop your section based on set objectives (Turnover. Margin. Stock..).
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.
  • Respect the brand's commercial policy.
  • Build a good image for the fresh produce department and build customer loyalty.
  • Organize your team's work and provide close management.

Required profile :

With a BAC+2 level education (equivalent to a 2-year college degree), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in mass retail, during which you have developed the following skills:



  • Ability to define margin and selling prices.
  • Ability to define product assortments and store layouts.
  • Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
  • Ability to make proposals to improve results.
  • Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
  • Autonomy & responsiveness, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis abilities are the assets and key success factors for this position.
