Job :

The Marketing Officer is responsible for implementing and managing marketing actions specific to the showroom's geographical area. Their main goal is to increase the showroom's visibility, attractiveness, and performance while contributing to customer loyalty and achieving commercial objectives. They must adapt the overall marketing strategy to the needs and expectations of the local market.



Here are the main tasks you will be entrusted with:



1. Development and management of marketing actions :
• Create local promotional actions to boost sales, for example: special offers, open days, exclusive events, etc.
• Manage local communication tools (posters, flyers, local ads, social media) to promote the showroom's products and services.
• Ensure the showroom's visibility through field marketing actions (street marketing, local partnerships, sponsoring local events).

2. Management and animation of local communication channels :
• Coordinate and manage communication on the showroom's social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), incorporating content adapted to the local target audience.
• Regularly update the showroom's communication materials: local website, billboards, emailings, newsletters.
• Oversee the editing and distribution of communication materials, including product brochures, loyalty cards, and other materials specific to local promotions.



3. Relations with local customers and partners :
• Develop close relationships with showroom customers, gathering their feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales service teams to incorporate customer feedback into marketing actions.
• Manage partnerships with local businesses, influencers, or media to organize joint events or actions.




4. Local events and activities :
• Organize events at the showroom, such as discovery days, test drives, model launches, or meetings with automotive experts.
• Implement activities to build customer loyalty: discounts, contests, local partnerships, special financing offers, etc.
• Manage the reception and logistics of local events to ensure they run smoothly.





Required profile :

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in an automotive environment or in local project management
• Experience in managing events or commercial activities is an asset
