As part of this role, your main tasks will be as follows:
Management & Organization
Plan and track the tasks of the Nova/Boulanger team members
Manage priorities and effectively distribute the workload
Implement and track backups for each key activity
Collect data needed to track KPIs and project performance
Agile & Performance Facilitation
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
Facilitate the team's daily work by removing obstacles
Identify blocking points and report alerts to management
Detect weak signals within the team and ensure proactive communication
Support & Development
Support the skill development of new hires
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement
Maintain a motivating and performance-oriented work environment
Degree: Master's degree (Bac +5)
Experience: 5 years and more
