Join our dynamic team in the Automotive sector as a Sales Manager. Based in El Jadida, your main mission will be to lead the commercial strategy and develop our turnover.
Your objectives will be to increase market share, retain our existing clientele, and win new ones. You will actively contribute to the company's sustainable growth through effective management of your teams and portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing commercial action plans, managing and training a sales team, monitoring performance indicators, negotiating with key clients, and developing new commercial opportunities. You will also be responsible for market analysis and competitor monitoring to adapt our offers.
A minimum of a Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Commerce, Sales, or a related field is strongly recommended to succeed in this role.
Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in similar commercial roles is essential. You have already demonstrated your ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
