Your mission:



Reporting to the General Management and in coordination with the Sales Management for France & Maghreb, you will be responsible for B2B commercial development throughout Morocco:



  • Identify investment projects in the plastics processing sector (molds, presses, tooling, materials) early on and build a structured pipeline of opportunities
  • Actively prospect companies in the sector – from plastic SMEs to major clients (automotive, packaging, medical)
  • Be a credible technical contact: understand process constraints, specifications, and validation cycles
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles until signature, in coordination with French technical teams
  • Contribute to market monitoring and report weak signals from the Moroccan industrial landscape

Required profile :

  • Engineering degree, ideally in plastics processing, polymer materials, or mechanics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the plastics processing sector (production, technical, or sales)
  • First successful experience in industrial B2B business development
  • Good knowledge of the Moroccan industrial landscape (clients, equipment suppliers, free zones)
  • Fluent French and fluent English
  • National mobility required
