Job : You will be responsible for:
  • Producing monthly invoices
  • Checking customer contracts and managing purchase orders
  • Generating monthly financial closing in the Group's ERP
  • Providing administrative support to our sales department
  • Managing leave and expense reports
  • Contributing to financial and administrative efficiency 


Required profile :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, office management, or a related financial field
  • Fluent English/French (written and spoken)
  • Good command of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role required
