Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients basé à Had soualem, Casablanca un Responsable Performance industrielle.
Mission principale Améliorer durablement la performance opérationnelle de l’usine en optimisant les processus industriels, en pilotant les indicateurs clés (rendements, TRS, productivité, coûts), en accompagnant les équipes dans la mise en œuvre d’actions d’amélioration continue, et en assurant la standardisation des pratiques pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques Responsabilités clés A.
Pilotage de la performance industrielle B.
Amélioration continue & excellence opérationnelle C.
Optimisation des coûts industriels D.
Coordination inter-usines E.
Planification, capacité & flux F.
Support au développement industriel G.
Animation & accompagnement des équipes H.
Procédures & conformité I.
Indicateurs de performance (KPIs)  Profil recherché Formation •            Bac+5 : Ingénieur industriel,mécanique ou équivalent.
•            Certification Lean Six Sigma Expérience •            8 à 10 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel •            Expérience en amélioration continue, process industriels, productivité.
Compétences techniques •            Maîtrise du Lean Manufacturing, TRS, VSM, résolution de problèmes.
•            Connaissance des procédés avicoles : abattage, découpe, conditionnement.
•            Forte capacité analytique (Excel, Power BI, MES).
•            Bonne compréhension des flux logistiques et planning industriel.
