Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client, acteur structuré du secteur industriel basé à Casablanca, un(e) Responsable Financier .
Le poste s’inscrit dans un contexte de structuration et vise à renforcer le pilotage financier, notamment sur les volets trésorerie, relations bancaires et reporting .
Missions principales Rattaché(e) à la direction, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités : Gestion de la trésorerie Assurer le suivi quotidien, hebdomadaire et mensuel de la trésorerie Élaborer les prévisions de trésorerie (cash flow forecast) Optimiser la gestion des encaissements et décaissements Relation bancaire & gestion des flux Gérer les relations avec les partenaires bancaires Suivre les comptes bancaires, flux financiers et valeurs Assurer le suivi des opérations de financement et des lignes bancaires Reporting & pilotage financier Produire les reportings financiers périodiques Analyser les indicateurs financiers clés Participer à l’élaboration des budgets et forecasts Accompagner la direction dans la prise de décision Bac+5 en finance, gestion ou équivalent 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en finance, idéalement en environnement industriel Expérience confirmée en : gestion de trésorerie , relation bancaire, reporting financier Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion financière et d’Excel Esprit analytique, rigueur et capacité à travailler de manière autonome Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement opérationnel et structuré
