Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche un E-commerce Manager pour piloter l’activité de ses sites B2C dans l’univers de la mode.
Missions Piloter l’animation commerciale quotidienne des sites e-commerce Déployer le calendrier promotionnel et les temps forts commerciaux Assurer le merchandising digital: homepage, catégories, mises en avant produits, nouveautés, best-sellers, promotions Gérer et optimiser le back-office PrestaShop Superviser la qualité du catalogue produit, de la navigation et de l’expérience client Suivre les KPI de performance: chiffre d’affaires, trafic, conversion, panier moyen, rebond, performance des opérations commerciales Identifier les leviers d’optimisation business et UX Coordonner les actions avec les équipes marketing, contenu, service client, stock et opérations Produire des reportings réguliers et des recommandations concrètes d’amélioration Bac+5 en commerce, marketing, digital ou équivalent 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en e-commerce / digital commerce / e-merchandising Expérience impérative en environnement B2C Bonne maîtrise de PrestaShop Forte sensibilité business et commerciale Idéalement une expérience dans la mode , le retail ou un univers produit à forte logique merchandising Capacité à conjuguer vision business et exécution opérationnelle
